If you are here it means you have gone through all the technical details of functional nutrition and my approach.  Now let me clear some questions you might have about me like who I am, why would you choose me and many more.

I am Kumar Vinamra, founder of Catalyst Wellness. This still doesn’t answer your question- who am I?

I am a functional nutritionist with a story that might sound a lot like yours. My journey into the world of functional nutrition began with my own story, one filled with challenges, discovery and healing.

Simply put the journey wasn’t a straight line. I started in engineering, always fascinated by how things work at the deepest level and that curiosity eventually led me to explore how the human body works.

When life led me through my own health battles – severe IBS, Anxiety, Hypertension, Autoimmune Arthritis and Pre-Diabetes, I found myself searching for answers that conventional medicine could not fully provide. Among the uncertainty of life, there was a certainty within me At the age of 25 I won’t be popping pills that I have to take for life. This led to exploration. Driven by curiosity and need to heal, I shifted towards nutrition and earned my Bachelors in Food and Nutrition with further studies in Pharmacy.

Amidst academics, functional nutrition came to my life. Not quick fixes or fad diets but root cause healing through food, lifestyle and listening to my body. One by one, I reversed every single condition, naturally and completely. Then it struck me and I had to help others too.

The experience of wellness cannot be described in words but can be felt by a person, to heal, to feel empowered in their bodies and to reconnect with their natural rhythm. I want you to have this feeling because beyond my education, my greatest teacher has been my health journey.

I know firsthand how overwhelming symptoms can feel and how isolating chronic conditions are and that’s why I am so passionate about what I do. My approach combines science, compassion and practical support to guide you towards real and sustainable change.

My expertise lies in gut health, women’s hormone health, autoimmune conditions, metabolic health and infertility issues.
